1 Enough sleep
During sleep,brain cells remove toxic compounds dangerous to our brain,sleep for 7-8 hours every night at right time.
2 Avoid Stress
Prolonged stress destroys the brain.Avoid stress and stay calm,practice meditation so that it rewires your brain.
3 Hydration
The brain is very sensitive to dehydration,so keep yourself hydrated by drinking 3-4 liters of water every day at regular time intervals.
4 Avoid sugar
The abundance of fructose in diet slows down the brain and reduces its ability to learn,remember information and concentrate.
5 Art
Painting and drawing improves the work of the brain.
6 Reading
Reading books,articles and learning new languages not only enriches our knowledge,it also trains cognitive abilities of brain.It also activates areas that aren't used at other times.
7 Exercise
Exercise not only strengthens you physically,it helps in fighting stress and develops your brain.
